A few more for the Legion – hope you like them!
First one – textured/layered in Photoshop and the fall of the light across the stone floor was the main attraction.
Next a door which was probably frequently used before the age of the car, and now resisting endless exhaust fumes and mud splashes on a rural road.
This one has everything a book cover photographer could want – peeling paint and the shadow of a security fence…
Finally a very old door handle against an aged oak doorway – rust, weathered wood grain – perfect really.
As always these shots are taken for the book cover market, and all comments, critiques and questions are welcome.
Thanks for looking – hope you like them and they give you some creative ideas for your photography.
i really the third one with the peeling paint!
Hello evislens. That one was on a run down industrial estate – even unpromising locations can provide some good shots.
As you can guess from your visit to my blog, I’m partial to doors, too. Enjoyed you photos.
Atmospheric. At one time I wouldn’t have appreciated or thought to take photos of these, but now I look at things differently. Very enjoyable photos, thanks for sharing them and all your info.
