Time for a few more I think, starting with a house reflected in a river, rotated and corrected for the obvious low contrast of the reflection. The green weeds underwater even look a bit like odd clouds…
Next – a close up of a steam engine, very oily and the sunlight has provided some nice contrast.
Finally some reclaimed window frames, nicely filthy and the ‘frames within the frames’ providing an irresistible subject.
As always these shots are taken for the book cover market, and all comments, critiques and questions are welcome.
Thanks for looking – hope you like them and they give you some creative ideas for your photography.
I like that first shot especially Rob.
Thanks Chillbrook – it didn’t look like much till post processing.
I like the “geometric feel” of the last one.
Thanks Marcello – I’ve got a bit of a fascination with frames within frames….
The last one is glorious for me too.
Like the dreamy quality of the first.
Thanks Mostlymonochrome – I’d been trying to get this shot for ages before I finally nailed it.
I like the first one as well, very dreamy look about it.
